Dynastar

Dynastar has been the ski company for me since about 2007.  The Legend series of big mountain charger skis have done me well.  In the past couple of years the company has only had to make minor adjustments to the proven Legend and Legend XXL series and it just keeps progressing.  Now with the option of a similar ski of old (long turn radius and fat for powder) with the rockered tip (Legend Pro Rider 115) or tip AND tail rocker (6th Sense Huge).   Check the website for specs.

6th Sense Huge

This ski has changed the way I ski.  A rockered tip and tail that I can still carve on a groomer goin 80 kmph.  With a 33m turning radius and 115mm underfoot this ski really can do it all and doesn’t break or delaminate.  Dynastar quality design that keeps you comin back for more.

Legend Pro Rider 115

This powder ski resembles the Big Dump (192cm) but comes in a shorter 184cm length.  It also has 450mm rocker in the tips with a fairly aggressive tail to carve the mountain to shreds.  A new, more forgiving rockered tip version of the the Legend series.

Lange RX 130 Pro Boot

Not much to say here.  If you like skiing in control and want performance from your ski boots then Lange should be your brand.  The RX 130 Pro has a 97mm last which means it’s a bit more narrow than the RX 130 which offers a 100mm last for a wider foot.  The RX 130 also comes with a Vibram sole.  Click the hyperlink above to check out the specs for yourself.
